hi, im also having problems with my acne, and im trying to research into different treatments.

When you say accute, do you means severe cases or certain areas on the face that are highly effected by acne?

Because my acne once went down for a while but at the beginning of sep/nov ‘08 its been getting extremely worse.

Yes it works. More on acute acne. With less breakout scarring will improve but for deep acne scars one would need an ablative procedure like Erbium YAG laser skin resurfacing which can even help wrinkles and tighten skin even on the neck and around eyes.
